CD+A to Develop Central Healdsburg Avenue Plan

The City of Healdsburg Redevelopment Agency has engaged an inter-disciplinary team, led by CD+A, of urban designers, economic specialists, sustainability and environmental experts and transportation and civil engineers to establish the vision and framework for the south end of Healdsburg Avenue. The team is studying the land bordering Healdsburg Avenue from the 101 Central Healdsburg exit to the five way intersection at Mill Street, as well as the land around the planned SMART rail station. CD+A to Develop San Rafael Downtown Station Area Plan

The City of San Rafael recently received $528,000 grant funding from the Metropolitan Transportation Commission to prepare two Station Area Plans for the areas around the future Downtown and Civic Center rail stations. These plans will set the stage to create vibrant, mixed-use, livable areas supported by a mix of transit opportunities, including passenger rail service.
